Booth rental proceeds benefit the YiELD 2027 Mission Trip

Vendor, Shopper, & Donation Information

On Sunday, November 15 UCY (University Church Youth) will be holding a flea market in the upper Church parking lot to benefit next summer's YiELD Mission Trip.

 

Vendors

  • Parking spaces will be available to rent for you to set up a booth and sell your items.

  • Early bird rental fee before November 11 is $20 (2 parking spaces, 20'x20').

  • After November 11 cost is $25.

  • A limited number of tables will be available to rent for $5 each, if needed. 

  • Fill out the application below.

  • Setup begins at 6:00 a.m.

Food Vendors 

  • We are coordinating so vendors are not selling duplicate items.

  • Contact Melissa at (423) 208-0501 to discuss options and register food items you are selling.

Rental Fee Payment

To reserve your space fill out the online application and pay your fee via:

  • CashApp ($CollegedaleChurch) - email mrcampbell@southern.edu a screen capture of payment

  • Venmo (@Melissa-Sabo-5)

  • Credit card (call Melissa Sabo at (423) 208-0501)

  • Check or Money Order, make it payable to Collegedale Church to the following address by November 9 (DO NOT MAIL CASH)

If registering after November 11, we will ask you to fill out paperwork and pay upon arrival. (JUST SHOW UP AT 6:00 AM!)

Shoppers

  • The flea market will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for everyone’s shopping pleasure.

  • Food vendors will be selling food.

  • Parking will be available in the Church parking lot and overflow parking close by with golf cart transportation for those that need it.

 

 

Donate

Collegedale Pathfinders will also be accepting donations to sell at the Pathfinder booth at the Flea Market. Items should be clean and not broken, nor should they be heavy or extra large items that one person could not carry by themselves. Clothes should be clean with no tears or stains.

 

Items can be dropped off at the Collegedale Church by appointment. For drop off arrangements, text Melissa at (423) 208-0501.
