Don MacLafferty joined the Collegedale pastoral staff March 2002. Don is the Director of the K.I.D. Center, Kids In Discipleship.
Both Don and his wife April graduated from Southern Adventist University and were married in the Collegedale Church in 1988. They have three children.
Don enjoys hiking, canoeing rivers, nature and books. He is called to prayer, raising up Spirit led leaders, and building teams to accomplish God's last day mission.
His vision: To equip parents and mentors to disciple children to Jesus Christ and to empower children to use their God-given gifts in worship, ministry and mission NOW!
